
Beth has experienced her own transformation through plant-based eating.

In December, 2017, Beth had to leave her job of 30 years as a music educator due to her own battles with pain and weight issues. She encountered challenges in carrying out basic activities such as going up stairs or participating in meetings. She could no longer even imagine setting up the stage for her middle school orchestra!
Since then, she has gained valuable knowledge and skills. She recently achieved Root-Cause Health Coach certification from Lifestyle Prescriptions University, following previous certifications in Plant-based Coaching from the Food Revolution Network, and Whole Foods Plant-based Nutrition from Cornell University. Through this journey, Beth has shed 50 pounds and maintained the weight loss, was able to discontinue BP medication after 22 years, and at the age of 68, even jogged the whole way to the end of her first-ever 5K race! Currently, she is preparing for the National Board of Health and Wellness Coaches exam in the Spring of 2025. She is enthusiastic about assisting others in their health endeavors and supporting them through each step of the way!
